Scale and measurements aside, I at least see some subtle physical changes in my progress photos, which is exactly why they should be taken regularly. This means I gained 4.6 lbs and 2.25 inches in phase three. At the end of phase one I was down 0.6 lbs and 1.25 inches, and the end of phase two I maintained. My final measurements revealed I gained 4.2 lbs and 1 inch. I need to practice social distancing from the fridge. And since I’m now home 24/7, the temptation and struggle has been real. This workout plan is all about helping you reach YOUR peak. High temperatures had been running below average since Sunday. After finally breaking our stretch of below average temperatures on Thursday, we are back to cooler conditions.
